氧化石墨烯对紫穗槐种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响
Effects of Oxidized Graphene on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Amorpha fruticosa
【摘要】 为了研究纳米材料氧化石墨烯对植物生长的影响,以中国北方常见水土保持树种紫穗槐为研究对象,设置6组不同浓度的氧化石墨烯溶液(分别为0、50、100、150、200、250 mg/L)浸泡紫穗槐种子,测定紫穗槐种子萌发及幼苗生长的相关指标,并用隶属函数法进行综合评定。结果表明,低浓度的氧化石墨烯对紫穗槐种子萌发及幼苗生长有明显的促进作用,与对照相比,经过浓度为50、100、150 mg/L氧化石墨烯溶液处理的紫穗槐种子萌发率分别提高了14%、22%、23.33%,株高提高了1.05 cm、2.09 cm、1.03 cm;当浓度增大达到250 mg/L时,氧化石墨烯对紫穗槐幼苗生长抑制作用明显,幼苗干重比对照下降了0.88 g。通过隶属函数分析氧化石墨烯对紫穗槐种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响最终结果为:100 mg/L>150 mg/L>50 mg/L>200 mg/L>250 mg/L。
【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of graphene oxide(GO) on plant growth, the Amorpha fruticosa, a common soil and water conservation tree in northern China, was selected as the experimental materials to determine the indexes of seed germination and seedling growth of A. fruticosa and these indexes were evaluated comprehensively by membership function method by soaking A. fruticosa seeds with six groups of GO solutions with different concentrations(0, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 mg/L, respectively). The results showed that low concentration of GO significantly promoted the seed germination and seedling growth of A. fruticosa. Compared with the control group, the seed germination rate of A. fruticosa treated with 50, 100 and 150 mg/L GO solution increased by 14%, 22% and 23.33%, respectively, and plant height increased by 1.05 cm, 2.09 cm and 1.03 cm. On the contrary, GO inhibited the growth of A. fruticosa seedlings significantly and the dry weight of seedlings in treatment group decreased by 0.88 g compared with control group while the concentration increased to 250 mg/L. The analysis results of the effects of GO on seed germination and seedling growth of A. fruticosa were as follows 100 mg/L>150 mg/L>50 mg/L>200 mg/L>250 mg/L.
