【摘要】 目的 观察真武汤加减联合环孢素A治疗难治性肾病综合（RNS）临床疗效研究分析。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年5月三家医院收治的66例RNS患者并接受常规治疗的为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组33例和实验组33例，对照组开展环孢素A治疗，实验组联合真武汤加减。比较中医症状积分、临床实验室指标，对治疗后临床疗效对比，评估不良反应。结果 治疗后两组患者的中医症状积分、24小时尿蛋白定量、血总胆固醇、血甘油三酯等临床实验室指标的改变情况水平明显下降，且实验组各指标明显低于对照组，而血浆白蛋白指标较治疗前明显的升高，实验组高于对照组（P<0.05）。实验组治疗总有效率更高，不良反应率更低（P<0.05）。结论 在难治性肾病综合患者的治疗中，以真武汤加减联合环孢素A治疗的方法，可以明显地降低患者的症状评分，增加血浆白蛋白指标，减少24小时尿蛋白定量、血总胆固醇、血甘油三酯，治疗有效率较高，且安全性具有优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhenwu decoction combined with cyclosporine A in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNs). Methods 66 patients with RNs treated in three hospitals from May 2021 to may 2022 were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into 33 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the experimental group. The control group was treated with cyclosporine A, and the experimental group was combined with Zhenwu decoction. Compare TCM symptom scores and clinical laboratory indicators, compare the clinical efficacy after treatment, and evaluate the adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the changes of clinical laboratory indexes such as TCM symptom score, 24-hour urinary protein, blood total cholesterol and blood triglyceride in the two groups decreased significantly, and the indexes of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the indexes of plasma albumin were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the indexes of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was higher and the adverse reaction rate was lower in the experimental group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome,the treatment of Zhenwu decoction combined with cyclosporine A can significantly reduce the symptom score of patients, increase the index of plasma albumin, and reduce the quantity of 24-hour urinary protein,total blood cholesterol and triglyceride.
