【摘要】 目的 探讨枸地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效，为慢性荨麻疹的治疗寻求治疗新方案。方法 选取2017年8月-2019年8月收治的88例慢性荨麻疹患者，采用统计学软件SAS的随机数模块将患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各44例。其中对照组接受枸地氯雷他定片（8.8mg/次，1次/d）治疗，观察组再联合复方甘草酸苷（25mg/次，3次/d）治疗。两组患者保持4周的治疗，之后分别对比两组患者的治疗疗效、不良反应、生活质量、血浆组胺水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，其中观察组治疗总有效率达86.36%，对照组治疗总有效率70.45%，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组嗜睡、口干等不良反应发生率与对照组对比差异较小，观察组不良反应发生率15.91%，观察组不良反应发生率13.64%，无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗前两组生活质量评分对比差异不显著（P>0.05）；治疗后观察组生活质量评分与对照组有统计学意义，观察组显著更高（P<0.05）。治疗前两组患者血浆组胺水平对比（P>0.05）；治疗后观察组血浆组胺水平低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 枸地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹效果确切，能显著缓解患者瘙痒、风团等症状，并促进红斑面积的缩小，同时还可降低血浆组胺水平，使患者的生活质量得以提升，值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of desloratadine combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria, and to find a new treatment scheme for the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 88 patients with chronic urticaria treated from August 2017to August 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 44 cases in each group by using the random number module of statistical software SAS. The control group was treated with medloratadine tablets(8.8mg/time, once a day), and the observation group was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin(25mg/time, three times a day). The two groups were treated for 4 weeks,and then the therapeutic efficacy, adverse reactions, quality of life and plasma histamine level of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.36%, and that of the control group was 70.45%(P<0.05). There was little difference in the incidence of side effects such as drowsiness and dry mouth between the observation group and the control group. The incidence of side effects in the observation group was 15.91%, and the incidence of side effects in the observation group was 13.64%, which was not statistically significant(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05); After treatment, the score of quality of life in the observation group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group, and the score in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05). Comparison of plasma histamine levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05); After treatment, the level of plasma histamine in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Desloratadine combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin is effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria.It can significantly alleviate the symptoms of pruritus and wind mass, and promote the reduction of erythema area.
