【摘要】 目的 探讨氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床应用。方法 纳入本院2017年1月-2020年1月收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例，对照组、研究组的人数采用随机分组的方式均分。对照组接受双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗，研究组接受氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗，对比两组患者VAS评分、Lysholm评分、临床疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果 两组治疗前的数据对比，VAS评分、Lysholm评分、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6无差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，研究组与对照组对比，研究组VAS评分、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平更低，Lysholm评分更高(P<0.05)。治疗有效率对比，研究组更高(96.67% VS 76.67%)(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率对比，研究组更低(3.33% vs 13.33%)，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 膝关节骨性关节炎患者接受氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗，能够有效缓解疼痛，改善膝关节功能，疗效确切，安全性较高，该治疗方法值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application of glucosamine capsule combined with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were chosen from January 2017 to January 2020 in our hospital.They were randomLy divided equally into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule,while the study group was treated with glucosamine capsule combined with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule.VAS score,Lysholm score,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in VAS score,Lysholm score,TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 levels in the study group were lower and Lysholm score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment was higher in the study group (96.67% VS 76.67%),(P<0.05).Compared with the study group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower (3.33% VS 13.33%),but there was no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion Glucosamine capsule combined with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule can effectively relieve the pain and improve the knee joint function,with definite curative effect and high safety,which is worthy of popularization.更多还原
