【摘要】 目的 了解在全科医师订单式培养模式中学生、用人单位等较为关心的相关问题，为政府层面政策制定提供参考。方法 对高中学生、在校临床医学学生、医学类高职院校教师与教学管理人员及县级卫生人事管理部门工作人员进行问卷调查、深度访谈。结果 ①高中学生有57.89%了解医疗行业，仅有18.42%选择“3+2”助理全科医生订单式培养。②在校临床医学学生中仅13.45%表示愿意做基层全科医师，最关心的是学历、编制问题。③临床医学学生基层就业率却不足20%，职业发展空间小(55.56%)和希望留在大城市(37.04%)是临床医学学生不愿到基层就业的主要原因。结论 基层医疗机构专业技术人员不足，与学生基层工作认可度不高，基层医师职业发展受限等多方面因素有关，在订单式培养中应注意给予学历、编制、职业发展规划等多方面政策保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand relevant issues concerned by students and employers in order training mode of general practitioners,to provide reference for policy-making at government level.Methods The paper carried out questionnaire survey and in-depth interview among high school students,clinical medical students,teachers and teaching managers of medical higher vocational colleges and staff of health personnel management departments at the county level.Results ①57.89% of high school students knew about medical industry,and only 18.42% chose order training of "3+2" assistant general practitioners;②Only 13.45% of clinical medical students in school expressed willingness to be grass-roots general practitioners,and they were most concerned about academic qualifications and staffing;③Grass-roots employment rate of clinical medical students is less than 20%,main reason why clinical medical students are unwilling to work at grass-roots level is small space for career development (55.56%) and wanting to stay in big cities (37.04%).Conclusion Shortage of professional and technical personnel in grass-roots medical institutions is related to many factors,including low recognition of grass-roots work of students and limited career development of grass-roots doctors.During order training,we should pay attention to policy guarantee of education,preparation,career development planning and etc.更多还原
