多状态系统的生产计划与设备维修的联合决策
Joint Decision of Production Planning and Equipment Maintenance for Multi-state System
【摘要】 通过分析生产计划和设备维修间的相互影响关系,针对多状态生产系统,设计了生产计划与设备维修的联合策略。在该策略中,考虑设备在失控状态下产生的次品对总成本的影响,采取定期维修与视情维修相结合的维修方案。根据该策略,构建了以总需求量、次品率和子周期数为决策变量,生产和维修的总成本最小为目标的联合优化模型;利用遗传算法对该模型进行求解,得到了生产计划和设备维修的最优集成方案。通过对参数进行灵敏度分析、与相关模型进行对比分析验证了该模型的正确性和有效性,结果表明该策略能够有效降低生产和维修成本。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the interaction between production planning and equipment maintenance, a joint policy of production planning and equipment maintenance was designed for multi-state production system.Considering that the non-conforming items could influence the total cost, which were produced when the machine is out-of-control, this policy adopts a maintenance plan combining regular maintenance and condition-based maintenance.According to the policy, an integrated optimization model was developed aiming at the minimum total cost.Total demand, the proportion of nonconforming items and the number of sub-cycles were the decision variables in this model.Genetic Algorithm was used to solve the model and an optimal solution is obtained.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified by sensitivity analysis of parameters and comparison with relevant models.The results show that the proposed policy can effectively reduce production and maintenance costs.
