基于区间数TOPSIS法的绿色工艺方案决策

【摘要】 工艺方案的制定是机械制造的重要环节,工艺方案的选择是一个复杂的多目标决策问题。为了快速精确地制定绿色加工工艺方案,提出了一种基于区间数逼近理想排序法(TOPSIS)的绿色工艺方案决策模型。该模型采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定决策指标的权重,借助区间数避免了加工过程中复杂的干扰因素和人们对事物的主观性造成的决策指标的不确定性,运用TOPSIS法求解模糊判断矩阵的正、负理想解和各方案的接近度,根据接近度的大小选择最优加工工艺方案。最后,对某车间中间轴齿轮的3套加工工艺方案进行决策,验证了该模型的实用性和高效性。

【Abstract】 The formulation of machining technology is one of the important links in mechanical manufacturing.The selection of machining technology scheme is a complex multi-objective decision-making problem.In order to make green machining scheme quickly and accurately, a green processing scheme decision model was proposed based on interval number approximation ideal ranking method(TOPSIS).The model using fuzzy AHP to determine the index weight, with the aid of interval number to avoid the complex interference factors in the process of things and people caused by the subjectivity of the uncertainty of the decision index, using the TOPSIS to solve the fuzzy judgement matrix of positive and negative ideal solution and the close degree of each scheme, according to the size of the close degree of processing scheme comparing advantages and disadvantages.Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified by the decision of three sets of machining process schemes of intermediate shaft gear in a certain workshop.
