【摘要】 目的 探讨心境障碍青少年患者在实施非自杀性自伤行为时的心理体验和内心感受，旨在为临床护理人员开展针对性的心理干预提供参考。方法 采用目的抽样法，于2021年5月—7月对河南省某三级甲等精神病医院收治的11例康复期伴非自杀性自伤行为的心境障碍青少年患者进行半结构式深度访谈，采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析、归纳、提炼资料。结果 伴非自杀性自伤行为心境障碍青少年患者的心理体验和感受可归纳为4个主题：(1)非自杀性自伤前存在负性情绪，渴望得到理解与支持；(2)非自杀性自伤后出现获益感，希望得到关注与爱护；(3)父母及家庭给予的压力较大，得到的心理支持不足；(4)缺乏负性情绪的应对策略，渴望专业人员的帮助。结论 临床护理人员应密切关注伴非自杀性自伤行为心境障碍青少年患者的情绪变化，做好心理的动态评估，构建以患者为中心的家庭干预系统，重视培养患者积极的应对策略，减少非自杀性自伤行为的发生，促进其身心健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the psychological experience of adolescents with mood disorder committing nonsuicidal self-injury,so as to provide references for clinical nurses to carry out relevant preventive interventions.Methods Phenomenology in qualitative research was adopted,and 11 convalescent adolescents with mood disorder committing non-suicidal self-injury admitted to a tertiary psychiatric hospital in Henan Province from May to July2021 were interviewed by semi-structured interviews,and the data was analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step method.Results 4 themes were extracted. Theme 1:negative emotions and psychological pain before non-suicidal selfinjury,and they longed for understanding and support. Theme 2:after non-suicidal self-injury,they had a sense of benefit and hoped for attention and love. Theme 3:parents and family give them much pressure,and they get insufficient psychological support. Theme 4:they lack coping strategies for negative emotions and long for professional help. Conclusion Clinical nurses should pay close attention to the emotional changes of adolescents with mood disorder accompanied by non-suicidal self-injury,do well in psychological dynamic assessment,build a patient-centered family intervention system,attach importance to cultivating patients’ positive coping strategies,reduce the occurrence of non-suicidal self-injury and promote their psychosomatic health.更多还原
