护士主导的心血管疾病高危人群发病风险沟通策略研究进展
Research progress on nurse-led risk communication strategies for high-risk groups of cardiovascular diseases
【摘要】 对国外心血管疾病高危人群发病风险沟通团队构成、护士主导的心血管疾病高危人群发病风险沟通策略及沟通流程进行综述，以期为护士开展心血管疾病高危人群发病风险沟通理论研究及实践工作等提供借鉴和参考。
【Abstract】 This article reviews the composition of a risk communication team,nurse-led risk communication strategies and communication process for high-risk groups of cardiovascular disease in foreign countries,in order to provide references for nurses to carry out theoretical research and practical work of risk communication for these groups in China.
