【摘要】 目的:研究牵引折顶加双绷带胶布治疗第五掌骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:46例闭合性第五掌骨颈骨折患者，采用手法牵引折顶复位双绷带加胶布外固定治疗，从治疗时间、功能恢复及并发症方面评价疗效。结果:术后有效随访，5周后拆除外固定，按手指关节总活动度评定功能，优良率为97.8%。结论:牵引折顶加双绷带胶布治疗第五掌骨颈骨折疗效满意，门诊治疗操作简单，无须麻醉，简便廉效，易于在基层医疗机构推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy of traction folding and double bandage tape on the treatment of fifth metacarpal neck fracture.Methods:46 cases of closed fifth metacarpal neck fracture were treated with manual traction, top folding reduction, double bandage and adhesive tape external fixation.The curative efficacy was evaluated in terms of treatment time, functional recovery and complications.Results:After effective follow-up, the total action motion(TAM) was removed after 5 weeks, and the total effective rate of finger function was 97.8%.Conclusion:Traction folding top and double bandage tape on the treatment of the fifth metacarpal neck fracture has satisfied curative efficacy, outpatient treatment, simple operation, no anesthesia, simple and cheap efficacy, which is easy to be popularized and applied in the grass-roots level.更多还原
