【摘要】 公立医院是医疗服务体系的主体，是党领导人民、服务群众的重要窗口。广东省人民医院全面加强新时代公立医院党的建设工作，把新时代党的建设总要求与卫生健康工作统筹推进，以“四有”工程创建为切入点，通过高质量党建引领医院高质量发展，努力建设患者放心、人民满意的公立医院，取得一定成效。本文介绍了该院高质量党建实施路径的实践探索和成效，为公立医院党建引领医院高质量发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Public hospital,an important window of the Communist Party of China (CPC) leading and serving the people,is the main body of China’s medical service system.Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital has comprehensively strengthened the construction of the Party,took general requirements for Party building in the new era with health work as a whole and “four virtues” Project creation as the breakthrough point,leading to the high-quality development of the hospital through high-quality Party construction,strove to build a public hospital trusted and satisfied by people,some results have been achieved.This paper introduces the practice and exploration of the implementation path of high-quality party construction in the hospital and provides reference for the high-quality development of public hospitals led by party construction.更多还原
