【摘要】 目的:探究山东省乡镇卫生院中医药发展存在的问题,并借鉴中医药发展较好卫生院的经验,提出相关建议。方法:采用象限分析法和定性访谈法进行分析研究。结果:位于Ⅰ象限的4所乡镇卫生院人、设备高于目标值,其中3所产出较好;位于Ⅱ象限的5所卫生院人、诊疗量高于目标值,但设备低于平均值;位于Ⅲ、Ⅳ象限的卫生院有18所,人员均未达到目标值,其中5所卫生院诊疗量相对较高。结论:为促进山东省乡镇卫生院中医药发展,应加强中医药人才队伍建设、重视中医药特色服务、增强中医药宣传与普及。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the problems of the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in township hospitals in Shandong province, and to learn from the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine in developing better township hospitals, and put forward some relevant suggestions. Methods: Quadrant analysis and qualitative interview. Results: There were four township hospitals in the first quadrant, the number of personnel and equipment were higher than the target value, and the output of three township hospitals were better; there were five township hospitals in the second quadrant, the number of personnel and medical diagnosis and treatment was higher than the target value, but the equipment was lower than the average value; there were eighteen township hospitals in the third and fourth quadrant, and the staff not reached the target value, and five township hospitals had relatively high medical diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion: In order to promote the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in township hospitals in Shandong province, we should strengthen the construction of the personnel team of Traditional Chinese Medicine, attach importance to its characteristic service, and enhance its publicity and popularization.更多还原
