酵母培养物对肉兔育肥性能和成活率的影响
Effects of Yeast Culture on Fattening Performance and Survival Rate of Meat Rabbits
【摘要】 为探讨酵母培养物对育肥兔生长发育和成活率的影响,选择35日龄断奶的伊拉商品代兔13 356只,随机分为3个组,每组4 452只,分别为对照组、试验一组和试验二组。其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验一组将酵母培养物替代基础日粮15%的麸皮;试验二组将酵母培养物替代基础日粮10%的麸皮。试验期35 d。结果表明:日增重和料重比3个组非常接近,差异不显著(P>0.05);成活率分别达到98.04%、96.49%和95.58%。试验一组(15%的替代组)成活率最高,与其他2个组差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验二组(10%的替代组)与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:益思特酵母培养物营养指标与麸皮相近,是一种优质的兔用饲料资源,可有效降低病死率,以添加15%效果最佳。
【Abstract】 To explore the effect of yeast culture on the growth and survival rate of fattening rabbits, 13 356 commercial rabbits weaned at 35 days of age were selected and randomly divided into three groups of 4 452 each,which were control group, test group 1 and test group 2.The control group fed the basal diet with 15% of the yeast culture and 10% of the basal diet.Trial period is 35 d.The results show that the daily weight gain and material weight ratio were very close to the other(P>0.05); the survival rate reached 98.04%, 96.49% and 95.58% respectively.The survival rate of the first group(15% of the replacement group) was the highest, which was very different from the other two groups(P<0.01).The test two group(10% replacement group) and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion: The nutritional index of Best yeast culture is similar to bran. It is a high quality rabbit feed resource and can effectively reduce mortality and add 15%.
