丁酸梭菌对母兔生产性能及仔兔成活率的影响

【摘要】 为探讨丁酸梭菌对母兔泌乳性能和仔兔成活率的影响,分别在4个试验基地各选取泌乳母兔(3个基地伊拉肉兔,1个基地白色獭兔)若干,随机分成3个组(对照组、试验1组和试验2组),每个组至少50只。试验1组饲料中添加丁酸梭菌制剂250 g/t,试验2组饲料中添加丁酸梭菌制剂250 g/t+金霉素100 g/t,对照组添加金霉素100 g/t。试验期35 d,结果表明:试验组母兔泌乳量和仔兔成活率略高于抗生素对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);在相同生产性能条件下,试验组的采食量略低于对照组;丁酸梭菌在预防家兔腹泻方面有较好效果,但不能控制呼吸道疾病的发生;没有发现抗生素对丁酸梭菌有抑制作用,二者存在一定的协同效应。作为抗生素替代品,丁酸梭菌具有开发潜力。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of Clostridium butyricum on lactation performance of female rabbits and survival rate of young rabbits, several lactating female rabbits(3 base ilar meat rabbits and 1 Base White Rex Rabbit) were selected from four experimental bases and randomly divided into three groups(control group, test group 1and test group 2), with at least 50 rabbits in each group. The feed of the first group was added with 250 g/t Clostridium butyricum preparation(the feed of the second group was added with 250 g/t Clostridium butyricum preparation + 100 g/t aureomycin), and the control group was added with 100 g/t aureomycin. The experimental period was 35 days. The results showed that the lactation and survival rate of female rabbits in the experimental group were slightly higher than those in the antibiotic control, But the difference was not significant(P > 0.05); under the same production performance conditions, the feed intake of the test group is slightly lower than that of the control group; Clostridium butyricum has a good effect in preventing diarrhea in rabbits, but can not control the occurrence of respiratory diseases; antibiotics have no inhibitory effect on Clostridium butyricum, and they have a certain synergistic effect. As an alternative to antibiotics, Clostridium butyricum has development potential.
