基于生物文化多样性评价的自然保护地与区域协同发展研究——以西宁市群加藏族乡为例

【摘要】 自然保护地是国土资源的重要组成部分,如何在保证其原真性和完整性的同时促进区域可持续发展,是在进行自然保护地整合优化过程中应当解决的重要问题。以推动群加藏族乡文化-自然融合发展为目标,通过生物文化多样性(Biocultural Diversity,BCD)评价分析青海省西宁市群加藏族乡生物多样性与文化多样性的空间关联性,获得高、较高、一般和低4级沿地理空间有序分布的生物文化多样性区域。结果表明,群加藏族乡与其内部群加国家森林公园共同形成了具有一定时空关系、较为完整且连续的生物文化多样性空间,其保护与发展不可独立进行。基于评价结果提出保护地整合优化与区域发展建议,在保护生物多样性、传承传统文化的基础上,逐步形成"政府协调-居民认同-游客参与"的联动关系,促进保护地与区域协同发展。

【Abstract】 Protected areas are an important part of national land resources. How to promote regional sustainable development while ensuring the protected area’s authenticity and integrity is an important issue that should be solved in the process of integrating and optimizing protected areas. This article aims to promote the development of the cultural-natural integration of the Qunjia Tibetan Township. The spatial association between biodiversity and cultural diversity in Qunjia Tibetan Township, Xining City,Qinghai Province was analyzed by biocultural diversity evaluation.Then 4 levels areas of biocultural diversity in an orderly distribution along geographic space were obtained, the high, relatively high,average and low. It reveals that a relatively complete and continuous biocultural diversity space with a certain spatiotemporal relationship is formed in the Tibetan township and the Qunjia National Forest Park. Their protection and development complement each other. Based on the evaluation results, the research puts forward suggestions for the optimization and integration of protected areas, and regional development. Then, on the basis of protecting biodiversity and inheriting traditional culture, the linkage relationship of the "government coordination-residents identification-tourists participation" will be gradually formed to promote the coordinated development of protected areas and regions.
