【摘要】 苏博美利奴羊是我国近年来培育出的超细型细毛羊品种,为了解该品种主要经济性状的遗传参数以及群体改变的速度和方向,本研究收集2014—2020年新疆巩乃斯种羊场苏博美利奴羊的周岁母羊鉴定记录共计9140条、剪毛称重记录共计7158条以及初生重记录5540条;利用DMU软件采用AIREML模块结合EM算法配合单性状动物模型估计苏博美利奴羊毛用性状和生长性状的遗传参数及遗传趋势分析,结果表明:本研究的毛用性状和生长性状的遗传力范围在0.22～0.32之间,其中剪毛后体重yBWPO(0.32±0.04)属于高遗传力性状,毛长SL(0.22±0.03)、初生重BW(0.25±0.04)、鉴定时体重yBWPR(0.25±0.03)、平均日增重ADG(0.27±0.04)与剪毛量yGFW(0.22±0.03)属于中等遗传力性状,2013—2019年间所研究性状总体上呈现出缓慢上升的趋势,且各性状育种值都有了明显的增加,进一步证明对苏博美利奴羊的选育及遗传改良有了一定的成果。本研究结果可以为制定综合选择指数及后续的育种规划提供数据基础和理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Super Merino sheep is our country of the ultrafine fine wool sheep varieties breed in recent years.In order to realize the genetic parameters of main economic traits and population gain speed and direction, this study collected 9 140 identification records, 7 158 shear-weighing records and 5 540 mating and lamping records of this flock from 2014 to 2020.DMU software was used To estimate the genetic parameters and genetic trend analysis of Super Merino wool traits and growth traits by using AIREML module combined with EM algorithm and single trait animal model(ySL,yGFW,BW,yBWPR,ADG,yBWPO),results show that this trait heritability range between 0.22～0.32, the yBWPO belongs to high heritability traits(0.32±0.04),ySL(0.22±0.03)、yGFW(0.22±0.03)、BW(0.25±0.04)、yBWPR(0.25±0.03)、ADG(0.27±0.04) and were the medium heritability traits. From 2013 to 2019, the traits studied generally showed an slow rising trend, and the breeding value of each trait increased significantly.It was further proved that there were some achievements in breeding and genetic gain of Super Merino sheep. According to the trend of genetic changes, it could provide data basis and theoretical basis for the development of comprehensive selection index and subsequent breeding program.更多还原
