【Abstract】 The head-up tilt test(HUTT) is a common method used to evaluate autonomic function and is an important diagnosis and differential diagnosis tool for patients with syncope. Based on research in China and other countries, expert consensus and guidelines as well as clinical practice in China, we worked out this 2022 Chinese Expert Consensus on standard application of HUTT in clinical practice. This consensus emphasizes the indication, standardized examination method and diagnostic criteria of HUTT, so as to guide the standard application of HUTT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis for syncope patients in China.更多还原
