四种空气消毒机对室内空气消毒效果及其有害因子泄露情况观察

【摘要】 目的 观察4种不同空气消毒机对室内空气消毒效果及其产生的有害因子泄漏情况。方法 采用空气消毒模拟现场试验和现场试验,对紫外线循环风空气消毒机、高压静电空气消毒机、等离子体空气消毒机和径流式高电压双电场空气消毒装置分别进行空气中指示菌和自然菌的杀灭效果观察,使用紫外线辐照计和臭氧分析仪分别对运行中产生的紫外线和臭氧泄漏进行检测。结果 在高风速档运行条件下,4种空气消毒机对20 m~3密试验舱内空气中白色葡萄球菌杀灭率达到99.9%以上,分别启动运60、90、90和120 min,对室内空气中自然菌消亡率均能达到90%以上。4种空气消毒机运行过程中臭氧泄漏量均<0.1 mg/m~3,紫外线循环风空气消毒机紫外线泄露为0μW/cm~2。结论 4种空气消毒机均有良好的空气消毒效果,且运行过程中无有害因子泄露。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the air disinfection effect of four kinds of air disinfection machines and the leakage of harmful factors in the process of operation.Methods Air disinfection simulation field test and field test were used to observe the disinfection effect of four kinds of air disinfection machines.Ultraviolet radiation illuminometer and ozone concentration tester were used to detect the leakage of ultraviolet ray and ozone produced during the operation of disinfectant machine. Results Under the operating conditions of high wind speed, the killing rate of artificial Staphylococcus albus in the air by four kinds of air disinfection machines were all above 99.9%,and the average eliminating rate of natural bacteria in the air after 60 min, 90 min, 90 min, and 120 min operation of the four kinds of air disinfection machines were all above 90%.In the process of operation, the ozone leakage of the four kinds of air disinfection machine were less than 0.1 mg/m~3,and the ultraviolet radiation leakage were 0 μW/cm~2.Conclusion Four kinds of air disinfection machine have good air disinfection effect, and no ozone and ultraviolet radiation leakage were detected in the process of operation.
