【摘要】 目的 探讨乌灵胶囊对激素冲击治疗肾病综合征诱发睡眠障碍的治疗效果。方法 选取2019年6月至2020年6月九江市中医医院收治的100例原发性肾病综合征激素冲击治疗致睡眠障碍患者作为研究对象，按照床位号奇偶数分为乌灵胶囊组（50例）和艾司唑仑组（50例）。乌灵胶囊组给予乌灵胶囊治疗，艾司唑仑组给予艾司唑仑治疗。比较两组的疗效以及治疗后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、副反应量表（TESS）和不良反应发生率。结果 乌灵胶囊组治疗6周时的总有效率高于艾司唑仑组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗6周，两组的PSQI评分均呈降低趋势（P<0.05），且乌灵胶囊组治疗第1、3、6周的PSQI评分均低于艾司唑仑组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组停药后的PSQI评分呈明显上升趋势（P<0.05），且乌灵胶囊组停药后第1、3、6周的PSQI评分均低于艾司唑仑组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；乌灵胶囊组患者的TESS评分低于艾司唑仑组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；乌灵胶囊组的不良反应发生率低于艾司唑仑组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 与艾司唑仑相比，对肾病综合征激素冲击治疗诱发睡眠障碍的患者应用乌灵胶囊可增强疗效，提高睡眠质量，减少不良反应发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment effect of Wuling Capsules on sleep disorders induced by hormone pulse therapy for nephrotic syndrome. Methods A total of 100 patients with sleep disorders caused by hormone shock therapy for primary nephrotic syndrome in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the Wuling Capsules group(50 cases) and the Estazolam group(50 cases) according to the odd and even bed numbers. The Wuling Capsules group was treated with Wuling Capsules, and the Estazolam group was given Estazolam for treatment. The efficacy and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI), treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) and the incidence rates of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the Wuling Capsules group at 6 weeks of treatment was higher than that in the Estazolam group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The PSQI scores of the two groups showed decreasing trends at 6 weeks of treatment(P<0.05), and the PSQI scores at 1, 3 and 6 weeks of treatment in the Wuling Capsules group were lower than those in the Estazolam group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The PSQI scores of the two groups showed significant upward trends after drug withdrawal(P<0.05),and the PSQI scores at 1, 3 and 6 weeks after drug withdrawal in the Wuling Capsules group were lower than those in the Estazolam group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The TESS score in the Wuling Capsules group was lower than that in the Estazolam group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the Wuling Capsules group was lower than that in the Estazolam group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with Estazolam, the application of Wuling Capsules for patients with sleep disorders induced by hormone pulse therapy for nephrotic syndrome can better enhance the efficacy, improve the sleep quality and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.更多还原
