【摘要】 目的 探讨中药足浴在单纯收缩期高血压（ISH）患者中的应用效果。方法 选取江西省人民医院2018年5月至2020年10月收治的100例ISH患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组采用常规降压药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用中药足浴治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、血压变化情况。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗后的收缩压、舒张压水平低于本组治疗前，且观察组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中药足浴应用于ISH患者中，不仅能提高治疗的总有效率，还能很好地改善患者的血压，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in patients with isolated systolic hypertension(ISH). Methods A total of 100 ISH patients who were admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People′ s Hospital from May 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional antihypertensive drug treatment, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treatment on the basis of the control group. The effective rate and changes of blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The systolic blood pressures and diastolic blood pressures in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in ISH patients can not only improve the effective rate of treatment, but also relieve the patient′s blood pressure, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
