【Abstract】 With the improvement of people’s living standard,obesity has become an increasingly serious health problem,and its global incidence rate has increased year by year. As one of the important post-translational modifications,SUMOylation is the key to dynamically regulate protein stability,subcellular localization,signal transduction and gene transcription regulation. It is of great significance to further clarify the biological complexity. Sumoylation may play an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of obesity and its complications. This paper reviews the research progress of SUMOylation in the pathogenesis of obesity and its complications,so as to provide basis for clinical treatment of obesity.更多还原
