【Abstract】 The pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus(DM)and its complication is intricacy. Inflammation is involved in the occurrence and development of diabetes and its vascular diseases. Peripheral blood neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)is a newly discovered indicator of inflammation in recent years. NLR testing is convenient,inexpensive,can be obtained through blood routine. It is a good indicator of inflammation and immune status,and is not affected by factors such as dehydration,exercise and in vitro blood test.
