【Abstract】 Immune checkpoint inhibitors can activate the activity of T lymphocytes,promote immune response and improve anti-tumor response of the body. They are effective in treatment of a variety of malignant tumors. Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)can induce immune related adverse reactions such as endocrine system diseases. One patient with lung cancer developed insulin-dependent diabetes induced by ICIs. HbA1c and plasma glucose should be routinely tested during ICIs treatment.更多还原
