【摘要】 目的 探讨中国汉族人群半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶（CASP1）基因单核苷酸多态性rs1785882与经典T1DM的相关性。方法 本研究为病例对照研究，采用质谱法对就诊于中南大学湘雅二医院代谢内分泌科的510例经典T1DM患者（T1DM组）和本地区531名无血缘关系的健康对照（NC组）的CASP1基因rs1785882位点进行基因分型。比较两组基因型及等位基因频率分布。结果 基因型TT、TA、AA在T1DM组分布频率为16.3%、47.8%、35.9%，在NC组分布频率为14.9%、46.7%、38.4%，两组间差异无统计学意义。等位基因T、A在T1DM组频率为40.2%、59.8%，在NC组频率为38.2%、61.8%，两组间差异无统计学意义。结论 CASP1基因rs1785882多态性与中国汉族人群经典T1DM不相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the association between the polymorphism rs1785882 in CASP1 gene and classical T1 DM in the Chinese Han population.Methods A total of 510 patients with classical T1 DM from the Department of Metabolism and Endocrinology in the Second Xiangya Hospital of the Central South University,and 531 unrelated healthy controls were enrolled in this case-control study. The polymorphism rs1785882 in CASP1 gene was genotyped. Logistic regression analysis and Chi-squared test were used to compare the distributions of genotype and allele frequencies between the two groups.Results The frequencies of TT,TA,and AA genotype were 16. 3%,47. 8%,and 35. 9%in the case group,and 14. 9%,46. 7%and 38. 4% in the control group respectively. There was no statistical significance between the two groups.The frequencies of allele T and A were 40. 2% and 59. 8%in the case group,and 38. 2% and 61. 8%in the control group without significant difference.Conclusion No association was found between polymorphism rs1785882 in CASP1 gene and classical T1 DM in Chinese Han population.更多还原
