非生物胁迫调控甜菊糖苷合成的研究进展

【摘要】 甜叶菊是一种新型糖源植物,其叶片富含的甜菊糖苷受多种非生物胁迫影响。本文从水分胁迫、温度胁迫、盐碱胁迫和重金属胁迫4个方面切入,综述国内外近十年来关于非生物胁迫对甜菊糖苷形成和积累的影响,探讨甜菊糖苷响应非生物胁迫的可能机制,并对未来研究提出可行性建议,指出需要加强甜菊糖苷耐非生物胁迫的分子机制研究、甜菊糖苷对共胁迫的响应机制研究和非生物胁迫与甜菊糖苷积累的全生育期研究。本综述旨在为非生物胁迫调控甜菊糖苷积累提供理论依据,为甜叶菊抗性机理研究、选育培育抗性新品种以及优质高产栽培提供理论参考。

【Abstract】 Stevia rebaudiana is a new type of sugar source plant. Steviol glycosides, which are rich in the leaves of stevia, are affected by various abiotic stresses. From four aspects of water stress, temperature stress, salt stress and heavy metal stress, this article reviewed the effects of abiotic stress on the formation and accumulation of steviol glycosides in recent years. The possible mechanism of steviol glycosides in response to abiotic stress were discussed, some feasible suggestions for future development were put forward. It is pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the research on the molecular mechanism of steviol glycosides tolerance to abiotic stress, strengthen the response tolerance research of steviol glycosides to co-stress, and strengthen the whole growth period research of abiotic stress and steviol glycosides accumulation. This review aims to provide theoretical reference for the regulation of steviol glycosides accumulation by abiotic stress, and to provide a theoretical reference for stevia tolerant mechanism, the breeding of new tolerant varieties, and the cultivation of good quality and high yield.
