公路及城市道路掘路修复工程中路面快速修复结构的沉降研究

【摘要】 传统掘路修复工程的路表面易出现不均匀沉降等病害,严重影响行车舒适性和路面耐久性。为了解决道路病害存在的问题,快速完成施工减少对交通的影响,基于快硬水泥特性,提出将快硬水泥混凝土应用于修复路面结构;开发水泥混凝土专用搅拌设备,细化施工流程;最后,应用应力面积法计算沿道路横向的路表弯沉。结果表明,快硬水泥混凝土应用于掘路修复工程,其早期强度较高,凝结时间短;专用混凝土搅拌设备可连续大面积施工,满足快速施工的需求;此外,以快硬水泥修复的路面沉降差异较小,能很好避免开挖与非开挖区域的不协调变形,从而较好地解决掘路修复的常见病害。

【Abstract】 The road surface of traditional road excavation and repair engineering is prone to uneven settlement and other diseases, which seriously affects the driving comfort and pavement durability. To solve the problems of road diseases, quickly complete the construction and reduce the impact on traffic, based on the characteristics of fast hardening cement, it is proposed to apply fast hardening cement concrete to repair pavement structure; develop special mixing equipment for cement concrete and refine the construction process. Finally, the stress area method is used to calculate the road surface deflection along the transverse direction of the road. The results show that the early strength of fast hardening cement concrete is high and the setting time is short; special concrete mixing equipment can be used for continuous large-area construction to meet the needs of rapid construction; in addition, the settlement difference of the pavement repaired with fast hardening cement is small, which can well avoid the uncoordinated deformation between the excavated and non-excavated areas, so as to better solve the common diseases of road excavation and repair.
