耐油增容剂POE-g-AN对EVA/PE-LLD电缆料性能影响的研究
Effect of oil-resistant compatibilizer POE-g-AN on properties of EVA/PE-LLD cable materials
【摘要】 采用自制乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝丙烯腈(POE-g-AN)耐油增容剂,对乙烯醋酸乙烯脂(EVA)/线性低密度聚乙烯(PE-LLD)电缆料的耐油性能、力学性能、电性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着POE-g-AN含量的增加,材料的拉伸强度、耐油性能、电性能均呈先增大后减小的趋势,而断裂伸长率不断增加。当接枝物含量为6%(质量分数,下同)时,体系中各相间相容性改善效果最好,此时改性电缆料的耐油性、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、质量、体积变化率的绝对值最小,分别为35.7%、34.6%、15.69%和15.35%;拉伸强度提升了8.5%,达到13.02 MPa,断裂伸长率最大为274.15%;直流击穿场强最高为199 k V/mm,体积电阻率最大为7.84×1012Ω·m。
【Abstract】 The effects of ethylene-octene copolymer grafted acrylonitrile(POE-g-AN)oil-resistant compatibilizer on oil resistance,mechanical properties and electrical properties of EVA/PE-LLD cable materials were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of POE-g-AN,the tensile strength,oil resistance and electrical properties of the material all showed a trend of increasing or decreasing first,while the elongation at break increased continuously.When the amount of the graft was 6 wt%,The interphase compatibility improvement effect is the best.At this time,the oil resistance of the modified cable material:the absolute value of the tensile strength,the absolute value of elongation at break,the absolute value of mass and volume change rate is the smallest,which are 35.7%,34.6%,15.69%,15.35%,and the tensile strength increased by 8.5%to 13.02 MPa,and the elongation at break was 274.15%;the maximum DC breakdown field strength was 199 k V/mm,and the maximum volume resistivity was 7.84×1012Ω·m.
