【Abstract】 Internet technology has given birth to a number of new employment forms and platforms for flexible employment. There are obvious differences in the service quality of different platforms and the definition of concepts related to flexible employment, and the platforms dodge the identification of labor relations with employees by flexible employment, and disputes on labor relations occur from time to time. Based on this, this article analyzes the relationship between platforms for flexible employment and flexible employees from the perspectives of policy and market demand, and then gives an example of analysis of product demand of platforms for flexible employment, to build a more legal, scientific and objective analysis scheme of product demand of platforms for flexible employment that meets the expectations of parties.更多还原
