【摘要】 随着数字化时代的到来,金融科技呈现快速发展态势,金融科技人才需求缺口不断加大。目前,我国金融科技教育特别是专业学位人才培养体系仍不完善,难以满足金融科技行业发展需求。本文对新形势下金融科技专业设置的紧迫性进行分析,剖析了高校金融科技人才培养体系在培养定位、课程体系、实践教学等方面存在的问题,提出了相关建议策略,推动我国金融科技人才培养体系完善优化,助力培养能够适应时代发展的复合型金融科技人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advent of the digital age, fintech has shown a rapid development trend, and the demand for fintech talents is constantly increasing. At present, China’s fintech education, especially the professional degree personnel training system, is still not perfect, and it is difficult to meet the development needs of the fintech industry. This study analyzes the urgency of setting up fintech majors under the new situation, analyzes the problems existing in the training system of fintech talents in universities and colleges in terms of training orientation, curriculum system, practical teaching, etc., and puts forward relevant suggestions and strategies to promote the cultivation of fintech talents in China.The system is improved and optimized to help cultivate compound fintech talents who can adapt to the development of the times.更多还原
