【摘要】 自身免疫性溶血性贫血（autoimmune hemo-lytic anemia,AIHA）是由于机体自身的免疫功能异常，导致红细胞破裂而引起的溶血性贫血。妊娠合并AIHA在临床上不常见，相关的文献报道并不多，但该病急性发作时可严重影响母儿结局，给胎儿带来的风险主要取决于自身抗体穿过胎盘屏障的能力。因此，积极预防、有效治疗妊娠合并AIHA对于改善妊娠结局具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHA)is a kind of hemolytic anemia,which is due to the erythroclasis caused by the abnormal immune function of body.Pregnancy with AIHA is uncommon in clinic,so there are not many literature reports,but the acute outset of the disease has a serious effect on the pregnancy outcome.The risk brought to the fetus mainly depends on the ability of its own antibodies to pass through the placenta barrier.Therefore,active prevention and effective treatment of AIHA during pregnancy are of great significance to improving pregnancy outcomes.更多还原
