【摘要】 在国土空间规划背景下，应用“双评价”于大遗址文化资源尚且存在缺陷。围绕文化源态、形态、业态与动态建立大遗址文化资源评价指标体系，利用层次分析法对西安市大遗址文化资源予以评定。选取陕西省西安市古遗址类与古墓葬类代表性大遗址，即汉长安城遗址与西汉杜陵，开展微观层面具体研究，分别评价其文化资源环境承载力与保护性开发适宜性，并提出相关保护性开发规划策略，为汉长安城遗址与西汉杜陵可持续性发展提供政策建议，为西安市大遗址的整体保护与利用指出新的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of territorial spatial planning, there are still shortcomings in applying “double evaluation” to the cultural resources of the great ruin. This article establishes an evaluation index system for cultural resources of the great ruin around the cultural source, form, business format, and dynamics, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the cultural resources of the great ruin in Xi’an. Select the representative the great ruin of ancient sites and ancient tombs in Xi’an, namely, the Han Chang’an City Site and the Western Han Dynasty Du Mausoleum, to conduct a specific study at the micro level, evaluate their cultural resource environmental carrying capacity and suitability for protective development, and provide policy recommendations for the sustainable development of the Han Chang’an City Site and the Western Han Dynasty Du Mausoleum through proposing relevant protective development planning strategies, indicating a new direction for the overall protection and utilization of the the great ruin in Xi’an.更多还原
