【摘要】 从能源安全视角出发，构建企业与政府二者间的演化博弈模型，并通过演化仿真分析两个主体最终策略选择的影响因素。研究结果表明，企业与政府的行为与进口石油和生产煤制油的利润、政府制定与实施政策的成本、政府对企业生产煤制油的补贴、关税以及生产煤制油带来的环保收益等因素有关。研究结论能够为企业和政府在今后的生产选择、政策制定等方面提供理论依据和决策参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the view of energy security, the essay builds an evolutionary game model between company and government and to find out the strategies chosen by the two subjects. The result shows that company and government’s activities are effected by the elements below: profit of oil import and coal-to-liquid production、cost of policy making and applying、subsidize revenue of coal-to-liquid production、tariff and environmental revenue from coal-to-liquid production. The results could offer theoretical basis for both company and government in future choosing.更多还原
