【摘要】 目的：探究面部痤疮患者行痤疮清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗的疗效，以及对患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响作用。方法：随机选择2020年1月～2021年1月80例于本院接受治疗的面部痤疮患者为研究对象，按随机数字原则进行分组，一组设定为研究组，一组设定为对照组。对照组行单一面部痤疮清除术，研究组在此基础上联合红蓝光治疗仪配合治疗。两组患者均接受3周治疗，并在治疗后对比两组患者的治疗有效率、HAMA评分、HAMD评分和治疗后3月的复发情况。结果：经治疗后两组患者痤疮均得到了不同程度的改善，但研究组疗效均优于对照组，前者高达95.0%，后者仅77.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月的随访结果显示，研究组40例患者中仅1?例出现痤疮复发，复发率为2.5%，对照组有7例患者出现复发，复发率为17.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。焦虑抑郁方面，研究组治疗后的HAMA评分和HAMD评分明显得到控制，且降低幅度大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：痤疮清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗对面部痤疮患者疗效确切，不仅可进一步提高治疗有效率，减少痤疮复发，同时美容效果良好，有利于患者焦虑抑郁不良心理的缓解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of acne removal surgery combined with red and blue light therapy in patients with facial acne,which has an effect on anxiety and depression in patients.Methods:? 80 patients with facial acne who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the principle of random number,one group was set as the study group,the other as the control group.The control group received single facial acne removal,while the research group received red and blue light treatment instrument on this basis.The two groups of patients were treated for 3 weeks,and the treatment efficiency,HAMA score,HAMD score and recurrence of the two groups of patients 3 months after treatment were compared.Results:?After treatment,the acne of the two groups were improved to varying degrees,but the efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group,with the former up to 95.0% and the latter only 77.5%,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The follow-up results of 3 months after treatment showed that only one of the 40 patients in the study group had acne recurrence,with a recurrence rate of 2.5%,while 7 patients in the control group had acne recurrence,with a recurrence rate of 17.5%,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).In terms of anxiety and depression,the HAMA score and HAMD score of the study group after treatment were significantly controlled,and the reduction was greater than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acne removal surgery combined with red and blue light therapy instrument has a definite effect on patients with facial acne.It can not only further improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the recurrence of acne,but also has a good cosmetic effect,which is beneficial to the relief of patients’ anxiety and depression.更多还原
