【摘要】 超声检查属于影像学检查的重要手段，具有无创、实时、可重复操作、经济的特点。随着肺部超声水平的提升，其被广泛应用在危重症患者的动态监测中，可获得其他检查手段无法获取的重要评估数据，被认为是临床中指导急危重症管理、及时调整治疗方案的重要工具。现对肺部超声在危重症患者监护中的应用进行综述，重点阐述不同肺部情况的肺部超声成像特点、危重症患者肺部炎症性改变的超声评价、危重症患者血流动力学的超声检测和评估、肺部超声应用于危重症监护存在的问题及前景展望等内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ultrasound examination is an important means of imaging examination,which is non-invasive,real-time,repeatable and economical.With the improvement of the level of lung ultrasound,it is widely used in the dynamic monitoring of critically ill patients.It can obtain important evaluation data that can not be obtained by other examination methods.It is considered to be an important tool to guide the management of critically ill patients and adjust the treatment plan in time.This paper reviews the application of pulmonary ultrasound in the monitoring of critically ill patients,including the characteristics of pulmonary ultrasound imaging in different lung conditions,the ultrasonic evaluation of inflammatory changes in the lungs of critically ill patients,the ultrasonic detection and evaluation of hemodynamics in critically ill patients,the problems and prospects of pulmonary ultrasound in the monitoring of critically ill patients.更多还原
