【摘要】 目的：研究头颅MRI诊断评估轻度认知功能障碍的应用价值，对其影像特点进行分析。方法：观察组选择2019年6月～2020年6月本院收治的28例轻度认知功能障碍患者纳入研究组，选择同期28例正常者纳入对照组。对两组患者均进行MRI检查，比较两组患者的临床疗效以及分析影像特点。结果：观察组患者的MMSE分数和MoCA分数明显低于对照组患者的MMSE分数和MoCA分数，并且观察组患者的内嗅皮层和海马结构体积小于对照组患者，差异较为明显，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：头颅MRI诊断评估轻度认知功能障碍具有良好的应用价值，能为诊断轻度认知功能障碍提供可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the application value of cranial MRI in the diagnosis and evaluation of mild cognitive impairment, and to analyze its imaging characteristics. Methods: In the observation group, 28 patients with mild cognitive impairment who were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected into the research group, and 28 normal patients during the same period were selected into the control group. MRI examinations were performed on both groups of patients, and the clinical efficacy and imaging characteristics of the two groups were compared. Results: The MMSE fraction and MoCA fraction of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the entorhinal cortex and hippocampal structure volume of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group, the difference was more significant, P<0.05, the difference statistically significant. Conclusion: Head MRI diagnosis and assessment of mild cognitive dysfunction has good application value, and can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis of mild cognitive dysfunction.更多还原
