【摘要】 目的 探讨营养不良-炎症评分与老年创伤性骨折发生的相关性。方法 将2019年1月至2020年3月于普宁市中医医院体检的300例老年(年龄>60岁)志愿者为研究对象，采用微型营养评估量表(MNA)评分分为营养正常组、潜在营养不良组和营养不良组，随访观察24个月，观察一般资料、创伤性骨折发生情况及实验室指标，使用Logistic回归模型分析影响创伤性骨折发生的因素，探讨营养不良-炎症状态与创伤性骨折发生的关系。结果 营养正常组110例(36.67%)，潜在营养不良组132例(44.00%)和营养不良组58例(19.33%);103例出现创伤性骨折(34.33%)，多因素Logistic分析显示，年龄、降钙素原(PCT)、潜在营养不良和营养不良是老年创伤性骨折发生的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论 营养不良-炎症可增加老年创伤性骨折发生概率，PCT、潜在营养不良和营养不良是老年创伤性骨折发生的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between malnutrition-inflammation score and the incidence of traumatic fractures in the elderly.Methods A total of 300 elderly volunteers(aged >60 years) who underwent physical examination in Puning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into normal nutrition group,latent malnutrition group and malnutrition group by Micro Nutrition Assessment Scale(MNA)score.The patients were followed up for 24 months to observe the general information,the incidence of traumatic fractures and laboratory indicators.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of traumatic fracture,and to explore the relationship between malnutrition and inflammation status and the incidence of traumatic fracture. Results There were 110 cases(36.67%)in the normal nutrition group,132 cases(44.00%)in the latent malnutrition group and 58 cases(19.33%)in the malnutrition group.Traumatic fractures occurred in 103 cases(34.33%).Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that age,procalcitonin(PCT),latent malnutrition and malnutrition were risk factors for traumatic fractures in the elderly(all P<0.05).Conclusion Malnutrition-inflammation can increase the probability of traumatic fracture in the elderly.PCT,latent malnutrition and malnutrition are risk factors for traumatic fracture in the elderly.更多还原
