【摘要】 本文旨在探析《秘传眼科龙木论》记载的特殊用药及其规律，为现代中医眼科临床用药与治疗思路提供借鉴。通过全面收集《秘传眼科龙木论》中关于中药特殊给药方法，总结出书中有关眼科治疗的特殊中药服药法共56种，主要有茶汤、米饮、酒、薄荷汤送服等；特殊外用给药法22种，包括点眼法、涂摩法、吹鼻法等。用于眼部疾患的引经药有防风、细辛、黄芩、大黄、知母、藁本。此外，还有外用青鱼胆、鲤鱼胆、青羊胆等少见动物胆药材。《秘传眼科龙木论》用药独具匠心，其特殊外用与内服方法可为现代眼科临证及相关新药研发提供启迪。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to explore the clinical use of special medicines and their rules recorded in Michuan Yanke Longmu Lun, in order to provide reference for the clinical medication and treatment of modern Chinese ophthalmology. Based on a comprehensive collection of the special taking methods of Chinese medicine in Michuan Yanke Longmu Lun, fifty-six special taking methods of Chinese medicine in ophthalmic treatment in the book were summarized, mainly including tea soup, rice drink, wine, mint soup delivery and so on. There are twenty-two special methods of Chinese medicine, including eye spotting, moistening, nose blowing and so on. The meridian guiding drugs used for eye diseases include Windproof, Asarum, Baikal skullcap, Rhubarb,Anemarrhena and Ligusticum. In addition, there are medicines from the bile of rare animals such as green fish bile, carp bile and green sheep bile. Michuan Yanke Longmu Lun is unique in its medication. Its special taking methods as well as external administration methods can provide some inspiration for modern ophthalmology clinic and related new drug research and development.更多还原
