已婚妇女心理健康素养量表应用的信效度检验
Reliability and validity test of the application of mental health literacy scale in married women
【摘要】 目的 检验已婚妇女心理健康素养量表在国内已婚妇女中应用的信效度。方法 在安徽省淮河以北、长江以南和江淮之间地区共选择6771名已婚妇女作为调查对象,通过电子问卷的方式对其进行测试,利用探索性因子分析、专家测评方法、焦虑和抑郁症状评定量表来评价已婚妇女心理健康素养量表在已婚妇女应用中的信效度。结果 30个条目共抽取6个特征值大于1的因子(心理疾病的识别、心理疾病的相关因素、预防心理疾病方法、寻求诊疗态度、对待心理疾病的态度、心理健康相关行为),可解释总变异的49.833%;量表总分及各因子得分与抑郁、焦虑症状得分呈负相关(r=-0.337~-0.041,P<0.001);总量表的内部一致性Cronbach′s α为0.815,Guttman分半信度系数为0.520,6个因子的Cronbach′s α系数在0.506~0.842之间。结论 已婚妇女心理健康素养量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于国内已婚妇女的心理健康素养的评价。
【Abstract】 Objective To test the reliability and validity of the married women mental health literacy scale in domestic married women.Methods A total of 6771 married women were chosenas investigation objects from the north of the Huaihe river in Anhui province, south of the Yangtze river and between Jianghuai region.Anelectronic questionnaire wereused to collect information.Exploratory factor analysis, expert evaluation method, anxiety and depression symptoms rating scale were usedto assess mental health literacy scale in married women married women application letter validity.Results A total of 6 factors with value greater than 1 were selected from 30 items(identification of mental illness, related factors of mental illness, methods for preventing mental illness, attitude to seek treatment, attitude towards mental illness, and mental health-related behaviors),which could explain 49.833% of the total variation.The total score of the scale and the scores of each factor were negatively correlated with the scores of depression and anxiety(r=-0.337-0.041,P<0.001). The internal consistency of Cronbach′s α was 0.815,the Guttman half-reliability coefficient was 0.520,and the Cronbach′s α coefficient of the six factors ranged from 0.506 to 0.842.Conclusion The married women′s mental health literacy scale has good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the married women′s mental health literacy in China.
