【摘要】 目的 评估江苏省0～6岁儿童家长对非免疫规划疫苗的犹豫程度并探讨影响疫苗接种意愿的主要因素，为制定有效干预措施提供科学依据。方法 于2021年5—10月通过线上滚雪球抽样、随机抽样及线下分层抽样的方式，对江苏省0～6岁儿童的家长进行调查。使用描述流行病学分析方法进行分析，并采用广义线性模型和最大似然法分析疫苗犹豫影响因素。结果 共有5248名儿童家长被纳入分析。超过80%的家长对疫苗“自信”持积极的态度，7.7%的父母对自费疫苗高度犹豫，25.6%的父母认为“他们的孩子不需要打不常见疾病的自费疫苗”。超过50%的父母担心疫苗的安全性或认为疫苗有风险。从事农林牧渔水利生产父母更容易表现出疫苗犹豫，随着家庭收入的增加，父母疫苗犹豫比例降低。结论 江苏省0～6岁儿童家长对非免疫规划疫苗高度犹豫比例相对较低，但仍有超过一半的父母担心接种后出现不良反应，须加强疫苗相关知识宣传和教育，提升公众疫苗素养，筑牢儿童免疫屏障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the vaccine hesitation about Non-Expanded Program on Immunization Vaccines among parents with children aged 0-6 years in Jiangsu Province, and to explore the main factors affecting the willingness to receive vaccines, so as to provide scientific basis for developing effective interventions. Methods A survey was conducted among parents with children aged 0-6 years in Jiangsu Province from May to October 2021 through snowball sampling, random sampling and stratified sampling.Descriptive epidemiological analysis was used for analysis, and generalized linear models and maximum likelihood methods were used to analyze the factors influencing vaccine hesitancy. Results A total of 5248 parents of children were included.Research results showed that more than 80% of parents had positive attitude towards vaccine "confidence",7.7% of parents were highly hesitant about self-funded vaccines, and 25.6% of parents believed that "their children do not need self-funded vaccines for uncommon diseases".More than 50% of parents were concerned about the safety of vaccines or believe vaccines were risky.Parents engaged in agriculture, forestry, fishery and water production were more likely to show vaccine hesitation, and the proportion of vaccine hesitation among parents was getting lower with the increasing of household income. Conclusion Parents with children aged 0-6 years in Jiangsu Province are highly hesitant about Non-Expanded Program on Immunization Vaccines in a low proportion, but more than half of the parents are still concerned about adverse reactions.Therefore, there is a need to strengthen vaccine-related knowledge publicity and education, enhance public vaccine literacy, and build a solid childhood immunization barrier.更多还原
