【Abstract】 Improving the quality of higher education is an important task of a high-quality education system.As an innovative organization implementing the industry-education integration project within the higher education system, the modern industrial college urgently needs to be high-quality developed and help improve the quality of higher education. Based on the theory of organizational ecology and its views, the article defines the connotation of high-quality development of modern industrial college: symbiosis, integration and fitness. In view of the difficulties such as the slow process of legalization of modern industrial college, the insignificant differentiation of ecological niche, and the difficult symbiotic development of multiple subjects, it is proposed to guarantee and promote the high-quality development of modern industrial college by taking the initiative to legalization, seeking suitable ecological niche, and substantive“integrated symbiosis”.更多还原
