【摘要】 目的 探讨转会诊制度在产前超声检查中的作用。方法 行产前超声检查的14 154例病例中异常转会诊437例，通过产前诊断机构与我院超声诊断结果的对比分析，总结转会诊制度在产前超声检查中的作用。结果 转会诊437例中诊断机构与我院检查超声异常影像所见诊断结果一致388例，占比88.79%;超声影像所见一致，我院未能给出明确诊断而诊断机构给出明确诊断的39例，占比8.92%;超声所见及诊断结果不一致8例，其中6例转诊后发现新的异常超声影像，且因此引产(或行减胎术)5例，产后死亡1例；另2例我院发现胎儿异常，诊断机构检查结果未见异常，其中1例早产后死亡、1例生后证实与我院检查结果一致。结论 执行转会诊制度，可以弥补筛查机构的认知不足、减少漏误诊，避免错误发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of referral system in prenatal ultrasound examination. Methods Among the 14 154 cases of prenatal ultrasound examination in our hospital, 437 cases were referred to consultation here for closer inspection due to abnormal results. Through the comparative analysis of ultrasound diagnosis results between prenatal diagnosis institutions and our hospital, the role of referral system in prenatal ultrasound examination was studied and summarized. Results Among the 437 cases referred to consultation, the diagnosis results of abnormal ultrasound images of 388 cases(88.79%) from diagnosis institutions were consistent with those from our hospital. In addition, with the same ultrasound images, 39 cases received definite diagnoses from these institutions but remained to be confirmed in our hospital, accounting for 8.92%. The ultrasonic findings and diagnostic results were inconsistent in 8 cases, among which 6 cases found new abnormal ultrasonic images after referral(5 cases induced labor(or underwent fetal reduction), and 1 case died postpartum). The other 2 cases were found abnormal fetuses in our hospital, while examination results from those institutions were normal, of which 1 case died after preterm birth and 1 case was confirmed to be consistent with the examination result from our hospital. Conclusions Implementation of referral system can make up for the lack of experience of screening institutions, reduce misdiagnosis and avoid mistakes.更多还原
