【摘要】 目的：了解社区卫生服务中心管理模式下老年原发性高血压患者服药依从性现状，并分析其影响因素。方法：2019年11—12月，采用二阶段随机抽样方法，选取高血压患病超过2年，且由上海市金山区社区卫生服务中心管理的老年患者1 053例，对其进行面对面问卷调查。结果：调查的老年高血压患者中，服药依从性好的为848例（80.53%）。单因素分析结果显示，文化程度、家庭人均月收入、测量血压频率、情绪稳定性、高血压并发症知晓情况是影响服药依从性的主要因素；多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，家庭人均月收入、情绪稳定性是高血压患者服药依从性的独立影响因素。结论：上海市金山区社区管理的老年高血压患者服药依从性较好，家庭人均月收入、情绪稳定性是老年高血压患者服药依从性的主要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the medication compliance of elderly patients with hypertension and factors associated with compliance,and to provide evidence-based suggestions in communities of Jinshan district.In order to provide the reference for the management of hypertension.METHODS The elderly patients with hypertension were drawn by two-stage sampling who had been managed by community health service center for more than 2 years.The square test and logistic regression were performed for the relevant factors affecting medication adherence.RESULTS 848 subjects out of 1 053 were attributed to good medication compliance,accounting for 80.53%.Univariate analysis results showed that the medication compliance was different among hypertension patients with different culture degree,monthly per capita family income,blood pressure test,emotional stability and awareness of hypertension complications.Moreover,Logistic regression revealed that monthly per capita family income and emotional stability were independent factors to medication adherence level.CONCLUSION The medication compliance rate of elderly patients with hypertension is relatively high in communities of Jinshan.Monthly per capita family income and emotional stabilityare influencing factors for medication compliance of patients with hypertension.更多还原
