【摘要】 目的：了解医疗联合体模式下社区卫生服务中心消毒供应工作现状，为提升社区卫生服务质量提出相关建议。方法：采用横断面研究方法，通过目的抽样法选取武汉市中心城区的56家社区卫生服务中心进行问卷调查，使用SPSS 20.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果：56家社区卫生服务中心中，有30家（58.8%）设有消毒供应室，有21家（41.2%）委托其他单位消毒供应；30家设有消毒供应室的社区卫生服务中心中，消毒供应室建筑面积低于国家建设标准的有5家（16.7%），设施配备不足达100%，按要求进行质量监测的有8家（26.7%）。结论：社区卫生服务中心自建消毒供应室硬件设施、人员配备及资质、工作流程等方面均难以完全达到国家相关规范要求，存在一定安全隐患。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the current situation and existing problems of the sterile supply quality in the community health service centers under medical alliance, and to propose relevant policies and suggestions for improving the service quality of community health service centers. METHODS A cross-sectional study based on purposive sampling was conducted by selecting 56community health service centers in central administrative regions of Wuhan for questionnaire survey, and the SPSS20.0 software was used to analyze the results. RESULTS A total of 56 community health service centers were surveyed in the study, there were 30（58.8%） community health services center who have sterile supply rooms, and the remaining 21（41.2%） entrust other units to disinfect. Among the 30 sterile supply rooms, 5（16.7%） fail to meet national construction standards. 100% of them underequipped, 8（26.7%） conduct bio-monitoring every week. CONCLUSION Through investigation, the study shown the sterile supply rooms of the surveyed centers failed to meet the requirements of relevant national regulations in some respects including equipment, staffing and qualifications, and work processes.更多还原
