【摘要】 目的 对柔毛冠盖藤提取物中脂溶性成分进行分析。方法 采用硅胶色谱、重结晶等方法，对柔毛冠盖藤石油醚萃取部分进行分离纯化，并结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其成分进行分离与鉴定，用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果 共鉴定出69个成分，其中酯类、醇类、烯烃类和有机酸类为主要化学成分。结论 69个成分除β-谷甾醇外均为首次在柔毛冠盖藤中鉴定出，为合理开发利用柔毛冠盖藤提供一定的科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the liposoluble components of Pileostegia viburnoides var. glabrescens. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various techniques, and they were identified by GC-MS technology, then the peak area normalization method was used to calculate the relative percentage of each ingredient. Results 69 components were identified.The esters,alcohols,alkenes and olefin organic acids were the main substances.Conclusion These 69 components except β-sitosterol are first identified in Pileostegia viburnoides var. glabrescens. It can provide a scientific basis for rational use of the rhizomes and leaves of Pileostegia viburnoides var. glabrescens.更多还原
