超声骨刀联合高速涡轮钻拔除下颌骨埋伏阻生智牙的临床应用
The clinical application of ultrasonic bone knife combined with high-speed turbo drill to extract impacted mandibular impacted wisdom teeth
【摘要】 目的 分析超声骨刀联合高速涡轮钻拔除下颌骨埋伏阻生智牙的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月~2021年6月到暨南大学附属口腔医院诊治的下颌骨埋伏阻生智牙78例患者,随机分两组,对照组39例采用高速涡轮钻拔除,研究组39例采用超声骨刀联合高速涡轮钻拔除,分析两组临床效果、并发症情况。结果 治疗后,研究组出血量(4.26±1.17)ml、手术时间(37.18±6.97)min均比对照组(6.86±1.34)ml、(51.44±7.37)min少,差异有统计学意义(t=9.128、8.778,P <0.05);且研究组术后疼痛度、肿胀、张口受限程度均比对照组轻(χ~2=17.463;9.549、7.264,P <0.05),研究组患者并发症的发生率5.12%比对照组20.51%低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.129,P <0.05)。结论 超声骨刀联合高速涡轮钻拔除下颌骨埋伏阻生智牙临床效果较好,具有较高临床安全性。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasonic bone knife combined with high-speed turbo drill in the extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth.Methods A total of 78 patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth diagnosed and treated in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Jinan University from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. 39 cases in the control group were extracted with high-speed turbo drilling, and 39 cases in the study group Ultrasonic bone knife combined with high-speed turbo drill was used for extraction, and the clinical effects and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment, the bleeding volume(4.26±1.17) ml and the operation time(37.18±6.97) min in the study group were less than those in the control group(6.86±1.34) ml and(51.44±7.37) min. The difference was statistically significant(t = 9.128; 8.778,P < 0.05,); and the degree of the postoperative pain, swelling, and mouth opening restriction in the study group were all lighter than those in the control group (χ~2=17.463; 9.549; 7.264,P < 0.05), the occurrence rate of complications in the study group(5.12%) was lower than the control group(20.51%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ~2= 4.129,P < 0.05,).Conclusion Ultrasonic osteotome combined with high-speed turbo drill has a good clinical effect in the extraction of impacted mandibular impacted wisdom teeth and has high clinical safety.
