【摘要】 目的 探讨早期血液灌流治疗重症急性胰腺炎合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法 收集重症医学科2018年1月～2020年1月收治的重症急性胰腺炎合并高脂血症患者47例，按照随机数表法将患者分为试验组和对照组，对照组23例采用常规治疗，试验组24例采取早期血液灌流治疗，分析两组临床疗效。结果 治疗后患者TG、AMY、PCT、CRP、Scr及APACHEⅡ评分均明显低于治疗前（P <0.05）；治疗后，试验组各项指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；试验组患者平均住院时间短于对照组，死亡率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 早期血液灌流治疗重症急性胰腺炎合并高脂血症性临床效果显著，可快速有效降低TG值，预防疾病恶化进展，改善患者预后，降低死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of early hemoperfusion in patients with severe acute pancreatitis and hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 47patients with severe acute pancreatitis and hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were collected. The patients were divided into a test group and a control group according to the random number table method. With conventional treatment, 24 patients in the test group were treated with early hemoperfusion, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed. Results After treatment, the TG, AMY, PCT, CRP, Scr and APACHE Ⅱ scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05); after treatment, all indexes of the test group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); The average hospital stay of the patients in the test group was shorter than that in the control group, and the mortality rate was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Early hemoperfusion treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with hyperlipidemia has a significant clinical effect, which can quickly and effectively reduce TG levels, prevent disease progression, improve patient prognosis, and reduce mortality.更多还原
