【摘要】 目的:探讨分隔盘对乳腺手术标本的应用效果。方法:回顾性选取195台乳腺手术,分成对照组(n=96)和观察组(n=99);对照组96台手术病理标本按照常规送检,观察组99台乳腺手术采用区域分隔盘将乳腺病理标本按照区域划分放置后再一一装袋送检。对比两组标本送检正确率、标本误点送检发生率、标本遗失发生率情况。结果:观察组标本送检正确率、标本误点送检发生率、标本遗失发生率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用区域分隔盘对乳腺手术标本的质控管理有应用价值,能提高手术标本送检正确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of separating disc on breast surgery specimens.Methods:195 breast surgeries were selected retrospectively and divided into the control group(n=96) and the observation group(n=99);96 surgical pathological specimens in the control group were routinely submitted for examination.The 99 breast surgeries in the observation group used regional dividers to place the breast pathological specimens according to the region,and then bagged them one by one for examination.The correct rate of specimen submission,the rate of specimen submission by mistake,and the rate of specimen loss in the two groups were compared.Results:The correct rate of specimen submission,the rate of specimen submission for inspection,and the rate of specimen loss of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of regional dividers has practical value in the quality control management of breast surgery specimens,and can improve the accuracy of surgical specimen submission.更多还原
