【摘要】 目的:探讨标准化双锁定接骨板加皮质剥离术植骨治疗股骨干骨折不愈合效果。方法:选股骨干骨折不愈合患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用髓内针加植骨术治疗,观察组采用标准化双锁定接骨板加皮质剥离术植骨,比较治疗。结果:观察组患者手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量与对照组基本相似,术后6小时、12小时、24小时、48小时疼痛情况优于对照组,骨折愈合情况明显优于对照组。两组患者均无感染、断钉、损伤不愈合等术后并发症发生。结论:标准化双锁定接骨板加皮质剥离术植骨治疗股骨干骨折不愈合的临床效果较好,可对患者骨折端提供有效的治疗,促进患者术后的恢复,且术后无严重并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of standardized bone grafting. Methods: 60 patients with nonhealing femoral backbone fracture were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with intramedullary needle plus bone grafting and the observation group was treated with standardized double-locking plate plus contical dissection. Results: The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, the intraoperative bleeding of the observation group was basically similar to that of the control group, the pain at 6,12,24 and 48 hours of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the fracture healing of the observation group was signicantly better than that of the control group. No postoperative complications including infection, nailing, injury non-healing occurred in both groups.Conclusion: The clinical effect of the bone grafting for femoral bone fracture can provide effective treatment for the fracture end, promote the postoperative recovery of patients, and have no serious complications, which can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.更多还原
