【摘要】 目的 分析近5年病案管理发展过程中的热点问题，探索病案统计学科未来可能的发展方向。方法 检索2015年1月1日-2020年12月31日病案相关文献，采用文献计量学和共词分析方法，BICOMB2.0软件进行编码处理，SPSS 19.0进行聚类分析，EXCEL2016计算向心度和密度坐标，绘制战略坐标图。结果 纳入2251个关键词，确定8个主题聚类，主题1“病案管理的问题与对策”，主题2“无纸化”，主题3“大数据下医院病案和信息的管理”，主题4“医院病案管理与医疗纠纷”，主题5“病案的质量管理和持续改进”，主题6“病案的应用”，主题7“PDCA环与病案质量的精细化管理”，主题8“病案的复印”，划分在四个象限中，且集中在一、三象限。其中主题1“病案管理的问题与对策”密度最高，主题2“无纸化”向心度最高。结论 需加强关注病案统计学科的主题变化，现阶段医疗行业病种付费的精细化将病案管理工作的重视程度推向了一个新的高度，未来无纸化病案将是病案管理中未来发展的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To analyze the hot issues in the development of medical record management in the past five years, and explore the future development direction of the medical record statistics department. Methods The medical records related literature was retrieved from January 1st, 2015 to December 31st, 2020, and a third-class smart hospital was taken as the research object. The bibliometrics and co-word analysis methods were used. The BICOMB 2.0 software was conducted for coding processing. The SPSS 19.0 was used for clustering analysis. The EXCEL2016 was used for calculating the centripetality and density coordinates, and drawing strategic coordinates.Results 2251 keywords were included, and 8 topic clusters were determined. Theme 1 "Problems and Countermeasures of Medical Record Management", Theme 2 "Paperless", Theme 3 "Management of Hospital Medical Records and Information under Big Data", Theme 4 "Hospital Medical Record Management and Medical Disputes", Theme 5 "Quality of Medical Records" Management and continuous improvement", theme 6 "application of medical records", theme 7 "PDCA ring and refined management of medical record quality", theme 8 "copying of medical records", divided into four quadrants, and concentrated in the first and third quadrants. Among them,theme 1 “problems and countermeasures of medical record management” had the highest density, and theme 2“paperless” had the highest degree of centrality. Conclusions It was necessary to pay more attention to the theme changes of the medical record statistics department. At this stage, the refinement of disease payment in the medical industry had pushed the importance of medical record management to a new height. In the future, paperless medical records would be the focus of future development in medical record management.更多还原
