【摘要】 目的分析新疆某三甲医院子宫肌瘤手术患者住院费用构成及其影响因素,针对影响住院费用的关键因素采取控制措施,合理控制住院费用。方法收集某三甲医院2020年1月1日-2020年12月31日子宫肌瘤手术病例381例,采用描述性分析子宫肌瘤手术患者住院费用分布,秩和检验比较,多元线性回归分析寻找影响因素。结果本研究子宫肌瘤手术患者住院费用占比最高的为治疗费(25.66%),其次是诊断费(22.66%)、药品费(20.49%)和耗材费(14.40%)。多元线性回归分析发现住院天数、手术方式、支付方式、使用预防性抗菌药物情况,对患者住院费用有显著性的影响,其中住院天数是住院费用最重要的影响因素。结论住院天数是影响子宫肌瘤手术患者住院费用的主要因素,通过缩短平均住院日,加快床位周转,可有效减少子宫肌瘤手术患者住院费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To analyze the composition and influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of patients with hysteromyoma surgery in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Xinjiang, and take control measures according to the key factors affecting hospitalization expenses, so as to reasonably control the hospitalization expenses. Methods To collected 381 cases of uterine fibroids surgery in a tertiary hospital from January 1 st, 2020 to December 31 st, 2020.Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the distribution of hospitalization expenses of patients with uterine fibroids surgery, rank sum test comparison, and multiple linear regression analysis to find influencing factors. Results The top four in the composition of hospitalization expenses for patients undergoing uterine fibroids surgery were: treatment(25.66%), diagnosis(22.66%), medicine(20.49%), and consumables(14.40%), accounting for 83.21% in total. The length of hospital stay, operation method, payment method, and use of preventive antibacterial drugs were the main influencing factors of hospitalization expenses. Conclusions The length of hospital stay was the main factor that affected the hospitalization costs of uterine fibroids surgery patients. By shortening the average hospital stay and speeding up bed turnover, it could effectively reduce the hospitalization costs of uterine fibroids surgery patients.更多还原
